Thank you for your interest in covering the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race on Friday, July 4.  If you are interested in securing media credentials for the 2014 event you are required to fill out the Media Credential Request Form. Please contact media@atlantatrackclub.org with any questions about credentials for the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race.

All media credential requests must be submitted to the Atlanta Track Club by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014. 

Media credentials for the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race may be picked up at the AJC Peachtree Road Race press conference (time and location TBD) or on Thursday, July 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Atlanta Track Club office (3097 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Atlanta, Ga. 30305). Media credentials will not be distributed on the morning of the event.

Available Media Credentials

Start Media - The Start Media Credential only allows access to the start waves and start line. The Start Media Credential does not allow access to the athlete warm-up area, press truck, medical areas or any other restricted areas.

Press Truck (Start and Finish) - The Press Truck Media Credential allows access to the start area, press truck, media area behind the finish line and finish line media platform, finish line interview area up to the front of the T-shirt distribution area. The Press Truck / Finish Line Media Credential does not allow access to the athlete warm-up area or medical areas at the start or the athlete / award stage area, medical areas at the finish or any other restricted areas.

The women's professional field starts at 7:17 a.m. followed by the men's professional field at 7:30 a.m. There is a separate press truck for the women's and men's field.

Course Media - The Course Media Credential only allows access to the course. It does not allow access to the press truck or any any other restricted areas. Please note: Media along the course must stay to the side of the road at all times.

Finish Line Media - The Finish Line Media Credential allows access to the media area behind the finish line, finish line media platform and finish line interview area up to the front of the T-shirt distribution area. The Finish Line Media Credential does not allow access to the athlete / award stage area, medical areas or any other area other restricted areas.

Piedmont Park Media - The Piedmont Park Media Credential allows access to Piedmont Park including the post-race area, American Family Insurance meeting area, and food area. It does not allow access to the media area behind the finish line, finish line media platform, finish line interview area, athlete awards stage area, medical areas or any other restricted areas.
