Thank you for your interest in covering the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race on Friday, July 4.  If you are interested in securing media credentials for the 2014 event you are required to fill out the Media Credential Request Form which will be posted at the beginning of June 2014.  Please contact media@atlantatrackclub.org with any questions about credentials for the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race.

All media credential requests must be submitted to the Atlanta Track Club by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014. 

Media credentials for the 2014 AJC Peachtree Road Race may be picked up at the AJC Peachtree Road Race press conference on (Wednesday, July 2. 10 a.m. at Magnolia Hall in Piedmont Park) or on Thursday, July 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Atlanta Track Club office (3097 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Atlanta, Ga. 30305). Media credentials will NOT be distributed on the morning of the event.

Available Media Credentials

Media - The Media Credential allows access to the designated media platforms at the start area and designated platforms and work space at the finish area. This credential also provides access along the side of the course, please note that media must stay off the road at all times. The Media credential does not allow access to the athlete warm-up area at the start, press truck, medical areas, the athlete/award stage finish area, photographer only areas or any other restricted areas.

Press Truck Media  - The Press Truck Media Credential allows access to the same areas listed for the Media Credential as well as the Men’s or Women’s Press Truck. The Press Truck Media Credential does not allow access to the athlete warm-up area at the start, medical areas, the athlete/award stage finish area, photographer only areas or any other restricted areas.

The women's professional field starts at 7:16 a.m. followed by the men's professional field at 7:29 a.m. There is a separate press truck for the women's and men's field.

Photographer - New this year, small on-course platforms will be provided at the start line and finish line for a select number of photographer requests. The Photographer Credential will be given in addition to one of the Media credentials above. The Photographer Credentials allows access to the same areas listed for the Media Credential as well as the Photographers Only platform located in the median just before the start line and the Photographers Only area just beyond the finish line. The Photographer Credential does not allow access to the athlete warm-up area at the start, medical areas, the athlete/award stage finish area of any other restricted areas.
